I had a very interesting dream I’d like to share. No matter what the interpretation, it made my day:
I was with a group of people, some of them my family, others complete strangers. We were standing in a beautiful garden with lush green plants and the sun shone pleasantly bright. Roughly 50 metres from where we stood, I noticed a forest and just one look at it was enough to terrify me and created an uneasy feeling in my heart. Suddenly, I noticed the people moving towards this eerily frightening forested area covered in darkness and standing in dark contrast to where we were.
This is the strangest part of the dream. I turned to the people to warn them against going in that direction and most unusual of words came out of my mouth, words that were not mine but yet came through me. I said to the people:
“It is not safe to go where the shepherd does not lead his flock.”
Why I uttered these words is beyond me. I could have mentioned that the area is not safe or we shouldn’t go there but to speak in such metaphorical terms greatly surprised me.
But the people did not pay any heed and kept walking. I followed them to the area and vividly recall seeing the same sun that has just shone so bright a few moments ago beginning to set until darkness had enveloped us. My heart began to sank as if tied down to an anchor and then it happened. No sooner had we entered the forest that we saw to our left a pack of panthers dark as the night itself. They stood in a threatening posture and stared intently as if waiting for the right moment to attack. We froze for a second as if glued to the spot.
Not trying to provoke them, I told everyone to very slowly start walking back to the safety of the higher ground that we earlier occupied. Everyone made it back safely and that’s when I woke up.
that is..umm…..strange š
lol
btw…please make lots of dua during your travel…and also during the umrah itself. Jazaks š

Insha Allah Hafsa.
Also make dua’ for me that Allah makes this a beneficial trip so that I’m able to take advantage of the time and opportunity given to me.
By the way, I’m planning to maintain a video diary of my experience so stay tuned insha Allah.
