		<description>I was there for Hajj this year and besides the number of smokers which was very disturbing, the beggars were a sight- scores of women, and children, many of whom were handicapped. What was really sad were people&#039;s comments. &quot;The government gives them help, they don&#039;t want it, so we shouldn&#039;t help them either&quot;, &quot;Allah will provide for them&quot;, &quot;they cut the hands of the children on purpose to beg&quot;, &quot;look, they don&#039;t have hands because they steal, and the govt did this to them..&quot;
